Deliveries are made on working days between 9:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m.

Your order must be processed within 48 hours of being notified of availability. In any other case, we will have to cancel your order and re-order.

The cooperating courier company keeps the cash on delivery parcels for up to 4 working days. As soon as the date of 4 days after arrival arrives and the recipient does not appear, the parcels are returned without any warning.

The products are shipped through a courier company. Shipments are made daily, except Saturdays, Sundays and holidays.

Inside Athens: 3.5 (2kg)

Land Destinations: 4 (2kg)

Island Destinations: 4 (2kg)

Shipping by weight (over 2 kg):

Inside Athens: 2.90 + (0.7 / 1kg)

Land Destinations: 3.1 + (0.9 / 1kg)

Island Destinations: 3.1 + (1.2 / 1kg)

Delivery time:

Upon completion of your order, the shipment is made within 1 to 3 working days if the product is available.

For inaccessible areas this time may vary. The responsibility of delivery in this case rests with the courier company but in no case can it be longer than 5 working days from the day of delivery of the order to the courier company.
